After weeks of building, breaking, and rebuilding, the gates are open — here's a look at what makes this network different.

We didn't just configure a server. We built one.

Globeworks started as a simple idea: what if a Minecraft server actually felt cared for? Every plugin here has been hand-picked, patched, or built from scratch to work together properly — not just installed and hoped for the best. Behind the scenes, that means a custom Docker-based server network spanning Java and Bedrock players alike, a home-grown backup system that runs like clockwork, and a small team who'd rather fix a bug at its root than paper over it. It's a lot of late nights — but it's why Globeworks feels different.

Most networks bolt together off-the-shelf plugins and call it a day. We went further — patching, forking, and in several cases writing plugins from scratch to get Globeworks feeling like nowhere else you've played.

🛡️ Safari Net (CaptureNet)

Ever wanted to catch something instead of killing it? Our custom Safari Net lets you capture mobs safely with a right-click, no exploits, no drama — complete with its own resource pack for that satisfying catch animation.

🎵 OggLoop — Ambient Music That Actually Fits

We built OggLoop from the ground up to layer ambient soundtracks into different regions of the world, starting with our Lobby and our very own Globeworks theme tune, delivered through a custom resource pack.

🎒 KeepInvTokens

Died somewhere brutal? Our custom-built token system lets you protect your inventory on death — earn tokens through play.

🏘️ Automatic Progression

Found or joined a town? TownyAutoPromote instantly moves you from Explorer to Citizen — no forms, no waiting on staff, no fuss. Progression that just works.

🌫️ World Edge Fog

The world has a natural edge — and it looks like one. A rolling fog and dimming effect builds as you approach the world border, so it feels like a frontier, not an invisible wall.

🛂 LecternScanner

On GlobeWorks, even the borders have character. Instead of the usual pressure plates and command-block hacks, the server runs a custom-built system called LecternScanner: signed books act as passports, lecterns become scanners, and only the right author and pattern will trip a hidden redstone line to open the gate. It’s a small detail, but it’s typical of how the server does things — purpose-built tools, not off-the-shelf shortcuts, so checkpoints, event entrances, and VIP doors feel like part of the world rather than a plugin bolted on.

📋 Many other plugins Forked, updated, fixed and improved

Providing everything to create a cohesive ecosystem, commandAlias, to make commands that make sense to users, A custom FlyCountdown implemention, vehciles, investment, stores, even custom mod tools.

🌐 A website full of information.

A custom status page, so you can see the full status of the sever, whats running, what isn't when there will be scheduled maintenance. FAQs, Connection information, news, a Store, and an active and Comprehensive Discord information. This isn't just a server, its a community, and eco-system.

⚔️ A Rank Ladder Built for the Long Haul

Explorer → Citizen → Mayor → Governor → Duke → King → Emperor. Every rank means something, tied into perks, warps, auction limits, and more.

🛒 A Real Economy

EconomyShopGUI, a buy-it-now auction house, cross-server leaderboards, and player-run shops — Earth has a living economy from day one.

This is just the start. We've got a full roadmap of features, events, and community projects coming — thank you to everyone who tested, broke things, and reported bugs during the build-up, and on day 1!

See you in the world.
