New redstone freedoms, hidden moderators, plugin upgrades, fresh towns, and a Silverstone‑inspired ice boat circuit lighting up the world.

Day 4 Update

Four days in, and Globeworks is accelerating — new plugins, new towns, new races, and a whole lot of community‑driven improvements. Today was all about trust, tools, and taking the world forward.

TownyIgnore: Redstone Without Restrictions

A brand‑new Globeworks‑exclusive plugin, TownyIgnore, is now live.
It lets you create redstone emitters (buttons, levers, plates, etc.) that players without Towny trust can still activate — perfect for public transit, airports, puzzles, or adventure builds.

It also supports rank‑based activation, meaning you can set a minimum rank required to use a specific emitter. Want a VIP‑only button? A secure office for the Mayor? An elevator up to the throne room? Now you can.

PrismPanel: Developer Rollbacks Activated

Our upgraded PrismPanel is now fully enabled for Developers and Owner, giving them fast access to rollback tools for:

  • Griefing
  • Floods
  • Lava dumps
  • General destruction

It’s a huge step toward keeping the world clean, stable, and recoverable — even during chaotic moments.

Hidden Moderators on the Map

Moderators now have the ability to hide themselves on the map website when spectating or investigating issues.
If you’re watching a situation unfold, you can stay invisible both in‑game and on the map at map.globeworks.uk.

Earth Guide: Now in Plain Sight 🌍

Players mentioned they couldn’t find the Earth Guide in the lobby — so we moved it to a much more visible location right where you spawn.
No more wandering around wondering where to start.

Diplomacy Plugin: Nearly Ready

The overhaul of alliances, wars, treaties, and nation relations is becoming its own dedicated plugin: Diplomacy.
We’re finishing the last few pieces now, testing heavily on the dev server, and expect it to go live within the next day or two.

This will redefine how nations interact across Globeworks — from peaceful cooperation to structured conflict.

Races, Races, and More Races 🐪⛸️

Camel races continue to be a hit — but the big news is the arrival of a massive ice boat track, modelled after the Silverstone F1 circuit.
It’s nearly ready for a full race day, and it’s already drawing interest, helped by the fact it's visible from the map!

New Towns Rising Across the World 🏙️

Globeworks has seen a wave of new towns:

  • Paris (French Empire)
  • Atlas City (Meridican Empire)
  • Verdaria (Kingdom of Verdaria)
  • Chicago (RĂŠpublique d’AmĂŠrique du Nord)
  • Monterrey (Mexico)

New builds are popping up everywhere — from city centres to rural settlements — and the Corsica Airport is already using LecternScanner and SecurityDetector to manage passports, visas, and secure access.

Thanks for the Feedback ❤️

Every suggestion, every idea, every comment — we’re listening.
Globeworks is built around its community, and these first few days show how much your feedback shapes the world.

We’re here to create the most enjoyable Minecraft experience possible, and your ideas genuinely drive the improvements we make.
Keep them coming — big or small — and we’ll keep building, refining, and improving.

That’s everything for Day 4. See you in‑game tomorrow.
