Day 10 Update

Ten days in, and Globeworks continues to evolve at full speed. Today brought a mix of new features, server upgrades, community requests, and even a fully automated toll bridge — all while we celebrated our 10‑day anniversary with a major arena test event.

A Rare Music Disc: The Globeworks Theme Tune

We’ve added a brand‑new rare music disc to the server containing the official Globeworks theme tune. It’s now part of the world’s collectible items — something special for players to hunt down, trade, or display.

CoreProtect Replacement Project

Work continues on replacing Prism with our custom‑built CoreProtect implementation, designed specifically for Globeworks. Alongside this, we’re developing a custom web interface to allow staff and developers to easily query block history, investigate issues, and streamline moderation.

This will become one of the most powerful backend tools on the server.

Emperor+ Now Have /craft

Players with the Emperor rank and above now have access to:

This allows crafting without a crafting table — a small but meaningful quality‑of‑life upgrade for high‑ranked players.

Towns Can Buy Extra Town Blocks

Towns can now purchase bonus Towny blocks for:

This gives towns more flexibility to expand their borders without relying solely on resident count.

A Fully Automated Toll Bridge

To test the new printer and scanner systems, the Imperium Terrae government has implemented a fully automated toll bridge between Corsica and Sardinia.
