Auction House Guide
Buy and sell items with other players through the auction house. List items for a fixed price, browse categories, search, and claim your earnings when something sells.
The auction house is a shared marketplace. You put items up for a fixed price; other players buy them. Money from sales goes to you (sometimes after you claim it). Listings expire after a set time if they don’t sell.
| You want to… | Do this |
|---|---|
| Browse and buy | /ah — open the main menu |
| Sell something | Hold the item, then /ah sell <price> |
| Manage your listings | /ah selling, /ah expired, /ah purchased |
| Get paid | /ah claim if money is waiting for you |
- /ahOpen the auction house
- /ah search <query>Search for items by name or filter
- /ah page <number>Jump to a specific page (if available)
- Run /ah to open the main GUI.
- Use categories, sorting, or search to find what you want.
- Click an item to see details. Shulker boxes can often be previewed so you see the contents before buying.
- Confirm the purchase — the price is taken from your balance and the item goes to you (or into a claim/purchased area depending on server setup).
Good to know:
- Prices may support shortcuts like 1k, 2.5m when selling; buying uses the listed price.
- Some items may be blocked from sale (blacklist) or restricted by world.
- Taxes can apply on buy or sell — the final amount may differ slightly from the sticker price.
- Hold the item (or stack) you want to sell in your main hand.
- Run the sell command with a price:
- /ah sell <price>List the item in your hand for that price
- /ah sell <price> <amount>List only part of the stack
Examples:
- /ah sell 1000Sell the held item for 1,000
- /ah sell 5000 32Sell 32 of the held stack for 5,000 (price rules depend on server: total or per item)
- /ah sell 10kSell for 10,000 using the k multiplier
- Confirm if the server asks for confirmation.
- The item leaves your inventory and appears in the auction house for other players to buy.
Good to know:
- You may have a limit on how many listings you can have at once (ranks can raise this).
- Min/max prices can apply — very low or very high prices may be rejected.
- A sell tax may be taken when you list or when the item sells.
- Listings expire after a configured time; unsold items go to your expired list so you can reclaim them.
- /ah sellingItems you currently have listed
- /ah expiredListings that expired without selling — reclaim them here
- /ah purchasedItems you have bought (if kept in a claim area)
- /ah historyYour sales and purchase history
Check /ah selling to cancel or review active ads. Check /ah expired regularly so you don’t lose items that timed out.
When your item sells, the money may go straight to your balance, or it may wait for you to claim it (especially if you were offline).
- /ah claimClaim any pending money from sales
If sales notifications mention pending funds, run /ah claim to collect them. Offline sales are often summarised when you log back in.
- /ah search <query>Find listings matching a name or filter
- /ah optionOpen personal auction options (if enabled)
Use search when the main pages are full. Options may include things like confirmation toggles — exact choices depend on server config.

Aliases often include /hdv, /zah, and similar — /ah is the usual short form.
- Price competitively — check similar listings before you sell.
- Use 1k / 1m style amounts when selling so you don’t mistype long numbers.
- Reclaim expired items with /ah expired so they don’t sit unclaimed.
- Run /ah claim after being offline in case sales piled up.
- Preview shulkers before buying so you know what’s inside.
- Keep a free inventory slot when buying so the item has somewhere to go.
